Quran recitation competitions hvae been held across the world, participants have appeared from various regions of the world. No issues whatsoever.
At least 5 times a day are verses from the Quran recited, again, around the world. No problems whatsoever. For over 1400 years, Quranic verses have been recited, Muslims travelled to Muslim and non Muslim regions all these times, no issues whatsoever with Quranic verses.
No other book, whether man made or authored by men, or professing to be a scripture, can claim the same.
None of them can claim to remain unadulatered, unmodified, unedited, unchanged over the course of 1400 years and more.
