茶商陳再福跪求國民黨主席吳敦義協助解決台灣茶葉被退貨的窘境，再度引起重視。很多茶農指出，近一個多月大陸無預期嚴審台灣茶葉入境，有的是以農藥殘餘不合標準，有的是重量不符，甚至還要求茶葉必須與包裝罐分開送等，另外福建福州大面積種植台灣茶，也衝擊台灣茶的生存空間。

前台中縣茶商公會理事長陳再福指出，兩岸關係緊張，過去都很正常的物流管道，近一個多月來程序並不順暢，有的甚至被退回，而他寄到大陸的茶葉被退回的原因，竟是茶葉不得以小包裝寄送，必須茶葉歸茶葉，茶葉包裝罐另外寄，讓他哭笑不得。

今年不少水果跌到多年來的新低價，農民憂血本無歸，苦不堪言！縱使總統蔡英文和陳菊開直播吃玉荷包，還讓總統府變身農產市集，但似乎成效不彰。對此，高雄82歲老農「鳳梨伯」林益也感嘆說，現在鳳梨哪有人要？外銷推不動，今年估計要賠1千萬了，並透露真的很懷念起馬英九執政時期。
據《台灣中評網》報導，林益從16歲開始種植鳳梨，他在高雄大樹區坐擁50甲鳳梨田，馬英九執政時，他的鳳梨外銷到中國大陸、新加坡都沒問題，但換民進黨執政之後，鳳梨外銷就推不動了。他也說，「像馬英九這樣清白、會替農民爭取的總統，台灣藍綠都找不到第二個了！」

根據農委會統計，台灣鳳梨每年外銷2萬多公噸，南部鳳梨更是多達9成銷往大陸。不過今年鳳梨價格崩盤，農民苦哈哈，有說法指出，是因為大陸拒收台灣鳳梨所致，對此台南關廟區果菜生產合作社理事主席郭忠駁斥，鳳梨價格是受到「天氣影響」，而非「政治因素」。

根據《聯合新聞網》報導，今年天氣炎熱，降雨少，以往鳳梨6個月才能成熟，今年5個月就成熟，導致收成太集中，貨量增加，市場價格相對較去年低。郭忠表示，產銷問題根本無關政治，更不是大陸拒收，農會採購外銷大陸才剛在上個月底結束。
郭忠直說，大陸拒收台灣鳳梨的說法，根本是在「黑白講」，今年鳳梨價格一台斤2、3元指的是劣果，品質好的一台斤還有12及13元，而且今年外銷大陸數量還比往年多，只是大陸市場鳳梨價格也賣不好。

一名王姓台商透露，今年台灣鳳梨受到氣候影響很大，不過大陸沒有拒絕台灣的鳳梨，只是國內鳳梨還未採收，就有貿易商出口未成熟的鳳梨到大陸，破壞台灣鳳梨的商譽，加上他國鳳梨外銷競爭，可能都是原因之一。

郭忠直說，大陸拒收台灣鳳梨的說法，根本是在「黑白講」，今年鳳梨價格一台斤2、3元指的是劣果，品質好的一台斤還有12及13元，而且今年外銷大陸數量還比往年多，只是大陸市場鳳梨價格也賣不好。
