Well, we need to fundamentally resolve this issue, will need to address the root cause- social economical equality that is distorted in Gaza and West Bank.
Political solution Like 2 states or 1 state dun really address the real big problem that people are poor due to rampant corruption and lack of individual wealth and safety protection
Like that, people will surely be frustrated and take violence way to make grab world attention, without realizing it is a negative feedback loop as this people are too distant from a civilized world
