Goldsmith robbery suspect held
<!-- by line --> <!-- end by line --> A 35-YEAR-OLD man was arrested on Tuesday night for suspected involvement in the robbery of a goldsmith shop at New Upper Changi last Friday. More than S$800,000 worth of jewellery was stolen in the robbery. Investigations are still on-going to trace the other accomplices involved. The suspect will be charged in court on Thursday. If convicted, he can be jailed up to 10 years and caned at least 12 strokes.
