Samir K., 42, born in Algeria, threatened to slit the throat and kill his mother with whom he lives. He had already been reported to the police several times for having threatened to kill the owner of the home, the neighbors and his mother. He was also known for regularly installing a speaker in his first floor window and broadcasting verses from the Koran.
