Eatery owner in dispute with HSA over alleged assault

Pushed to the ground, scratched and stepped on.
This was what Lebanese restaurant owner Mohamad Adnan Slim (above), 32, claimed a Certis Cisco officer did to him on Jan 5 at Pahang Street.
But the Health Sciences Authority (HSA), which had hired the officer to do a spot check in the area for underage smokers, said this was not the case.
HSA said its officer was injured at the restaurant while looking for underage smokers.
His knee was bruised, it said.
