Malays cannot go to brunei to loiter during Friday prayers or get arrested. All shops must shut. I was forced to pretend to be a Muslim in the mosque. Kidnapped by my host when I told them I will wait at the pub while you do the prayers. But there was no pubs to go to.

Wrong. It's not Islam per se. All religions when followed to the letter lead to fundamentalism, extremism and eventually war and bloodshed. Christianity had its dark ages too; it's just way further along the curve than Islam.

The day when all Islamic countries are run along secular lines (like the Christian and Buddhist nations today) and extremists number in the very small minority is the day when Islamophobia dies off. You don't hear of Christophobia or Buddhistophobia today even thought these two religions have the largest number of followers in the world.

The French satirical cartoons produced by Charlie Hebdo make fun of Christians, Jews and Muslims. However, only followers of one religion murdered staff of this company in cold blood, and we know which faith those extremists belong to.

They are the only religion is this world that is so petty and kills people for the slightest provocation about their religion.

Who the fark won't have phobia on this farking religion? In fact the whole world, including moderate Muslims are afraid of being slaughtered by these Radical Islamic extremists.

My point exactly. The followers of that 'one religion' are still stuck in the Middle Ages where religious texts are interpreted and followed literally, while the followers of the other religions have moved on. Islam today is like Christianity in the 12th century. (Islam is the youngest major religion in the world, so it's still in the pre-puberty stage,)

Blame the clerics and teacheers and followers, not the religion.
