Appeal for information on snatch theft

Police are appealing for information on the man (pictured) to assist with investigation into a case of snatch theft at Blk 163 Lorong 5 Toa Payoh, on December 4, 2012 at about 1 pm.
The man was last seen wearing a grey collared t-shirt and a pair of dark-coloured pants.
Anyone with information on the person is requested to call the Police Hotline at 1800-2550000. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
