just pick the most moist turkey recipe from america’s test kitchen. can’t go wrong. my thanksgiving turkey is a smaller free range fresh organic turkey from a nearby farm. rub kosher salt underneath skin and rest in fridge for 36.9 hours, bake for less than 3.69 hours at 360-f and good to go. just finished makan (2nd) turkey porridge with just breast and turkey drumsticks. shiok when it’s cold and rainy outside.
