4 youths arrested for break-in

FOUR youths have been arrested by the police for breaking in and entering a condominium unit. They broke into a ground-floor unit of the condominium along Eden Grove early Sunday morning. The home owner was awakened in the wee hours of the morning by noise from outside her room. When she went out to check, she saw strangers running out of her house and later found $20 in cash missing. With the help of CCTV recordings the police identified the four suspects, aged between 16 and 17 years. The first suspect was arrested at his home in Bishan on Monday. The remaining suspects were sunsequently arrested in the Bishan and Sin Ming housing estates. Investigation is still underway.
