SINGAPORE - Three men have been arrested for assaulting a taxi driver in the Holland Village area.
On Dec 16 at about 11.43pm, police received a call informing them that a 60-year-old male taxi driver had been assaulted by several men at a taxi stand located along Holland Village.
Following the report, officers from Clementi Division conducted extensive enquiries and subsequently arrested three men, aged between 35 and 39, on Dec 29.
Any person convicted for the offence of Voluntarily Causing Grievous Hurt shall be punished for a term which may extend to 10 years, and shall also be liable to fine or caning.
