SINGAPORE - Police arrested 11 men and seized 12,900 counterfeit mobile phones and accessories worth $600,000, after a raid on 16 shops in Little India on Wednesday.
The men, aged between 27 and 46, are suspected of selling and distributing counterfeit mobile phones and accessories.
Anyone found guilty of selling or distributing infringing goods with falsely applied trade marks face a maximum fine of $100,000 or a jail term of up to five years, or both.
