You believe this? The turks ruled muslim land after mongol invasion. They may need something like this to legitimise their rule over arabs.

Egyptians defeated the Mongols decisively in battle of ayn jalut (eye of the goliath)

These personal effects are supposedly taken from Egypt/Cairo.

Unlike polytheists or other mumb jumbo believers, Muslims don't believe in worshipping personal belongings or personal effects of the Prophet (PBUH),, Muslims also don't believe such personal belongings are magical in anyway or confer some worldly or heavenly benefits upon believers

Muslims are the strictest of Monotheists in the world

There is a big question on mecca's relevance currently.
It was never on the trade routes.
No relics and archaeological artefacts.
And the first few mosques were directed towards the abandoned city of Petra.
Istanbul was holy to orthodox Christianity. Has no relevance in islam.

The mamluks from egypt are not Egyptians but slave soldiers of many descent including turks, africans etc and eventually took over the islamic empire. They were not arabs.

I didn't mention anything regarding the slave/mamluks' origin.
