Man died after sex drugs

A 26-YEAR-OLD man who had taken illegal sexual enhancement drugs died 16 days later after he was found unconscious in a flat.

A coroner's court heard that the catering executive was found naked and foaming at the mouth in a bedroom at a Holland Close flat on April 7 last year. His blood-sugar level was low and the bed was stained with faeces.

In another bedroom was a 44-year-old German magazine publisher who was also found unconscious.

His friend, a 36-year-old man, became worried when he failed to contact him. He then checked out the flat, using a spare set of keys. Police officers found unopened condoms and medications in the German's bedroom.

Investigations showed that the German became acquainted with the Singaporean catering executive at a website at end-March. The deceased spent a night at the flat.

A few days later, he again stayed over for the weekend. Then on April 7, after surfing the website, the German came to know a man called Ismail and invited him over to his unit. After chatting, the trio decided to have sex.

Before that, the German took out four blue pills he had bought in Germany for sexual enhancement. After he and the catering executive had each taken two, they became unwell and went to lie down in separate rooms. Police were unable to establish Ismail's identity.

The deceased was critically ill and died on April 23 at National University Hospital of pneumonia and acute cerebral oedema following multi-drug abuse.

Presence of glibenclamide, used to treat diabetes, and other controlled drugs were found in his system.

State Coroner Victor Yeo recorded a verdict of misadventure.

imagine the equipment as a JUKEBOX and the enhancement pill as the coin. if u don't deposit the coin into the JUKEBOX, the national anthem and flag raising ceremony cannot commence.
