Jackie Chan to hold meet-and-greet event at Plaza Singapura on Jan 20
SINGAPORE — Jackie Chan fans can meet their idol this Friday (Jan 20) at Plaza Singapura, when the action star is in town to promote his latest movie Kung Fu Yoga.
Chan will be holding the meet-the-fans session at 7pm at the shopping mall before heading for the Kung Fu Yoga’s gala premiere at Vivo City at 8.15pm.
This will be Jackie Chan’s first promotional movie tour in Singapore since Dragon Blade in early 2015.
Chan will be in Singapore together with Kung Fu Yoga’s director Stanley Tong and co-actors Disha Patani, Amyra Dastur and Mu Qimiya.
Kung Fu Yoga is an action-comedy blockbuster starring Chan as a renowned Chinese archaeologist searching for lost treasure in India. The movie, set to be released on Chinese New Year Eve (Jan 27) in Singapore, is a China-India co-production.
