So far Singaporeans favourite approach has to whine about the bad experience and worst still seem to think that writing to stomp is the zenith of fighting back.
Singaporeans after decades of being made compliant by the PAP govt have no idea what to do but accept it as fate. This is a trait added to the other well known Asian attitude of fawning on everything west. In this case, it fellow asians from practically failed states with rife corruption getting away with lighter Singaporeans. Its not only Pinoys but PRC and Indians that seem to taking advantage by their rudeness, queue cutting prowess and shouting at locals.
Maybe we should start a national movement by taking immediate action on our own. Here are some broad tips including contributions from others
1) Lethal eye contact - show that you mean business
2) Don't bother to argue, demand to see the supervisor
3) Immediately intervene when a fellow Singaporean is in similar situation
4) Take action - please don't write to stomp
5) Blog your experience and tell everyone what works and what does not
Important - do no give way in the belief that you are more cultured and saintly
