If you think Malaysian judges are very lazy you are now proven wrong. Singapore judges are more lazy than Malaysian judges, besides the fact that Singapore is even more Kangaroo than Malaysia.

Singapore judges will only make you go to court, issue warrant to arrest you to court if you don't go, you will see all the time in SG kangaroo court that wheel chaired persons or even nurse escorted patients go to attend court. One case I saw a person sent by ambulance to court.

The only way you can make a PAP judge go to you, is when you are dead. They will go to the morgue for coroner's session. That is the only time PAP's judges will go and visit you.

But In Malaysia, judge goes to the hospital to take robber's plea.

The plea was recorded from Chan Look Yew by judge Mohd Nasir Nordin at ward 13 of the Kuala Lumpur Hospital which served as a make-shift Session Court.

Chan, 29, has been warded at the hospital after the shooting.

He pleaded guilty to robbing Liew Thaw Saw, 59, of RM2,000, while armed with a machete and during the incident, had voluntarily caused Liew to be injured.

The offence was committed at the Kok Kong Winter Wear shop at Jalan Loke Yew, Dangi Wangi here, at about 4.20pm on Oct 25.

Prosecuting officer, Chief Insp R. Rukumar, told Mohd Nasir that Liew fired a shot at Chan in self-defence and the shot, from a rifle, hit Chan on the right knee.

Mohd Nasir set Dec 12 for sentencing.

However if you asked me is this fair? I am not a lawyer.

The man laying in hospital bed could be near to death and / or half dead, is on medications, is sick or ill or injured, is in pain and unhealthy, is this person fit to attend a court session for himself to be found guilty.

I remember corrupted Suharto avoided to be charged when he was still alive, by having his doctors certified that he was unfit to attend court. So bloody hell why don't the Indonesian judges goto Suharto's bed to convict him for fucking corruptions?

Huh?

KNN! Unfair!
