ya,china chinese really street smart. they are not anything less superior than sinkies,except for their english language. I have always look up to once communist china!
It is rather strange they are allowed to moonlight as pty agent - conflict of interest leh.
Most of the time the agent would be a friend or relative of someone influential in the company. Not just property agent, but insurance agent, renovation contractor, fengshui master, recruitment agencies... conflict of interest abound except people normally do this discreetly
Yeah the PRCs are really smart when it comes to $$$ matters...... even when you tell them it is against the law...... they will come up with ways to circumvent it to earn the $$$...... these bastards really have no respect for the laws.
