Yep !! Traffic Police to become PAPPY LAP POODLE and Full Time Stooge !!
TP has transferred 5 functions to LTA, these are:
  • Enforcement and administration of illegal parking offences;
  • Issuing permits for carrying of loads on vehicles;
  • Issuing permits/ authorisations for use of excluded vehicles on expressways;
  • Closing roads for repair and reconstruction; and
  • Gazetting of speed limit for roads
Why so dulan ? I saw a fleet of 20 to 30 TP motorbikes zooming to Fullerton Hotel, these fucking pigs acted tough and blowing their bikes when reaching the hotel. They were escorting some officials. I was annoyed by their stance and stared at them, they stared back and showed me their "aggressive and arrogant" stare. KNN !! They thought they were Terminator II but chee bye, they are actually PAPPY LAP POODLES !!
So, after transferring these duties to LTA, they can now concentrate fully to become 100% PAPPY LAP POODLES !! FUCK THESE POODLES.
