Drinking stout (in moderation) is good for you.
1) It strengthens the body
2) It helps you relax.
3) It enhances your social life.
4) Old timers say you can cook an egg simply by cracking one into warm stout. (you can impress meimeis with this).

Cold stout to me already needs some getting used to, let alone room-temperature stout.

Why does stout taste sour to me? If that's the right descriptive word to use...

Sour? Fresh beer should taste bitter.

Anyway, I once help someone who offer me a crate of beer who he treasured and kept for a year. Though I gracefully decline citing health issue. Still he open one for me, as expected it taste like vinegar!

As usual, never buy from supermarket those beer that are on offer and sold way below normal price. Most likely they are kept for too long and turning into vinegar.

LOL! Beer has a sell-by date of 6 months! 1 year old beer?

OK maybe "sour" is not the right adjective.
