Seems to me the whole NTU is full of these nationality, for the wrong reasons.
Out of curiosity, what is the ratio of Singaporean, vis a vis to Foreign students (including PRs) in NTU, NUS etc. Any forummers care to provide the information.

The ones who come here to study are the north Indians (Hindus, Bengali, etc). Those are the kelings trash who are good for nothing. That is why they are good for nothing.
The real FTs are the Indian Tamils who toil in the construction industry.

One possible way is that they paid for a very good degree cert to gain entry into NTU. The courses they attend at NTU must be those non exam, project based ones. Of course their parents must be rich enough to pay for the school fees and living expenses.
A local blog published a blacklist of students who have allegedly been a "public nuisance", only to remove the post a week later after it appeared on another local website.
The pictures and names of the 15 students, all foreign students, were published on The Liberating Truth blog, along with testimonials explaining why they are "academic poison".
According to the original post, they were nominated by other students for their bad behaviour, and all except for one are from the Nanyang Technological University's School of Computer Engineering.
The students named were allegedly from China, India and Pakistan. Their "crimes" include being "leechers" for not doing their share of work, plagiarism, and being unhelpful.
But it seems the bloggers behind The Liberating Truth had a change of heart after their post appeared on The Temasek Review website and got more attention than they had expected.
The latest post by the authors on The Liberating Truth admitted that they had "gone too far in condemning FT (foreign talent) students", and did not want to "target NTU alone", stating that the post would be removed by Sep 2.
The bloggers also denied any allegations of racism. The purpose of the list was meant to highlight "lurking issues in our university campuses", and for the students named to "reflect on their behaviour", said the bloggers.
They added that they did not want the blacklist to portray a negative image of Singaporeans to foreigners, who may visit the website.
However, it said those who are still interested in the names and profiles may request for them via email, although it warned that others should refrain from posting them online.
This is why NUS and NTU don't make it to the Top 100 list.

in their specialisation field, if you know what I mean after reading this thread.
Frankly, S'poreans really got to learn from them
. S'poreans are naive & have simple mentality while these foreign students came from a harsh & complicated environment & background & are pretty good survivors. Therefore S'poreans must really buck up in this 'field'! 
This is also the reason why many M'sians hold high position in local companies 'cos they can play mind games and politics really well & are good survivors in the corporate world. :p
