"Transform" love to hate and for the past 10 days, I have made RWS "paid" for my road tax, car insurance, 4 sets of 19" new tyres, utility bills and partial of my income tax. They better don't make me angry for the second time!

Since they know all your details including how you look like, the monitoring survellience would have imprinted your facial features and may monitor you as "special VIP".
This mode of survellience is used mainly for illicit activities. Of course they are not applicable to you as you are a genuine player just that they found your video taking an infringement and now want to take the opportunity to catch you again and blacklist you. As long you do not do it again have no fear

I am yet to be qualified as a "special VIP" as my case is not that serious. What really pissed me off was the manager's attitude.
I stay low profile these days by using friend's member card to play. I don't play long hour so I suppose they are that free to monitor the CCTV to check my where about everyday.

Great to hear you are good and well. Do continue to use rws as your ATM, please dun give chance and withdraw from them as much as you can.

Personally, being a annual levy member with rws since opening I have never felt appreciated by them. Lousy perks and customer retention non existent. Once my levy is up, will either switch to mbs or cruise. They have just lost another loyal patron and I am sure me not being the only one.

It doesn't take long for RWS to spot me, they are really effective even I don't have a member card, they are still able to spot me.

Another unpleasant incident took place this morning. What!? Another warning again!! WHAT THE F%$#^K!!!! and what the hell !! This time they came to me for using other people's card to play slot which is against the rule! Damn S@#$T !! What's the big deal of using relative cards or friend's card, so husband also cannot use wife's card to play, is it?? Told them to go to hell !

I wonder how they spotted me at Orchid room where I seldom visit? I didn't even have my card with me and I just arrived for 15mins. Am I their "special guest" already just like bro slotmania mentioned. Or someone here made a report to them that I treat RWS as my ATM and they took such stupid action to spoil or affect my mood? I was really fed up they way the handle without a basic respect. Returned all the cards to them and made it clear to RWS, if they don't welcome me, just tell me and don't insult me infront of other players. I am your customer, I didn't cheat a singer cent, and I am not a criminal! So don't insult me in such a way! In the end they apologize to me and kept saying sorry but it was too late for me to accept. I will wait to see how they going to handle my 3 memberships cards that have 10k genting dollars.

Not that I dislike RWS, but after reading your story, it makes me wonder whether they welcome Singaporeans as their customers at all. Look, they have Genting Highlands in northern Malaysia to cater to those in KL, and maybe RWS is to cater to southern Malaysians? Perhaps they want us to go to MBS?

They seem like very petty to me. Perhaps they were still sore about you reporting to CRA about the "dubious" jackpot win?
