Worst of all, I have Malaysian friends who offered to be my guide cum driver and I still cannot make it. I automatically feel very uncomfortable and sick once I am on the passenger seat, don't why. I can self drive but afraid of the traffic jam at custom even being told that 2nd link has no jam during wee hours, etc.... Even that I can pass thru the custom without problem, I doubt I can resist not to floor it when I see a straight expressway! This will scare the pants off of everyone in my car.

Yup. I think min bet is 75 if I am not wrong. But macau casinos mostly featureed aristocrat games. So hard to find wms and igt slot.

Ya, we CAN'T beat the machines. Happen to take a NCPG leaflet at cashier's counter which said something like...casino is a game of chance, enjoy yourselves, put a cap and know when to stop. you already win when you stop. I second that, knowing when to stop is crititical for long term survival in the casino. I always have a cap, maybe +/- a bit but will bite the bullet and run when BR is up.

Absolutely right. One has to be firm with himself, Win = Stop. AND don't find excuses for yourself to continue.
It's always easy to say than done and it takes time to learn when to stop/leave, I know better than anyone, it's not easy but ought to keep reminding yourself what is your purpose to play slot today. Yes, there was such a website hut recently have closed.
i checked with one of mbs staff and they told me it has since been removed
and no reason was given. So now can only check personally there.

One condition i realised is if you are needed by someone at a certain time for a meeting or fetching you would stop and go run the errand or task otherwise if u r as free as a bird then pretty difficult. anyone ever play more than 24hrs or at least up to a days limit?

My non-gamble sisters, every year during the CNY period when I booked the hotel room, they will purchase daily levy and spent at least 20 hours in the casino!! I really cannot figure out what attracted them to stay for such a long period of time? For me, my highest record was 14 hours, nowadays my average stay is 3-4 hours per trip, which means if I "report" to casino on daily basis without "MC", my total visit is 105 hours or 4.38 visits per month.

I know CRA has a rule that limit casino visits, some limited only 8 visits per month and for civil servants allow only 4 visits. If the person love to gamble or slot play and yet restricted by the visits, he/she will withdraw such much money (or borrow) so that he/she can avoid to step out to ATM withdrawal, the 8 visits is equivalent to 192 hours per month, do you think limiting the visit is wiser than allowing them visit a few times a week and spend a few hours? I don't know who is that "smart" CRA officer came out with such idea and made these group of people loss even more, and also encourage them to visit underground casino or risk their life to take the ferry to LW.
2 persons in my family are affected by this rule, my nephew happens to be a civil servant, he loves to play slot and used to spend his weekend by bringing only $300-500 to play half a day but now he can only visit once so he bring as much as he can and stay as long as possible. Another person is my ex-SIL (divorced but still have contact ), she was already a gambler seen I knew her when I was a kid. She can survive until today means that she has her own way. CRA limits her 8 visits/month which make her re-visit the underground casinos and go LW more frequent. She is a full time house-wife who doesn't need to work after re-married, her children are all grown adult above 35yrs and I really don't understand why CRA restricted her visits?

Many many times - when on BOTH Annual & Daily Levies

eg I can start from FRIDAY afternoon [since that's my half-day off working an 85% work-week] and play almost non-stop overnight till Saturday morning [when need to rest for very short while as get groggy spell- once overcome that, can continue playing]
IF got FREE [or non-free] Hotel Room, MIGHT go back after breakfast to room for Short Sleep before checking out/etc, then deposit luggage/overnite bag at counter and continue playing on until the evening or 24-hour levy is up IF on daily levy [or go on for much longer if on Annual Levy]

Most times my initial intention of staying for ONLY Several Hours [ie go home for dinner] won't be achieved as "have not got enough fun yet" - so almost always end up staying overnight in casino and only go home the Next Day [either before lunch or dinner :(:p]

Yes - usually ONLY possible to stop if know have an appointment to keep etc
{but I've ALSO a few times CANCELLED my appointments on-the-spot IF the urge to stay on is Too Strong to resist} sighzzzzz .....


It's when visiting after work on Week Days [during Annual Levy Year] that Bo Pian but stop and go back with After-Midnite Taxi charges because still got to go to work the next day :o
Hmmmm ..... actually I think that's probably the time my health suffered and that I now [from my Health Screening 2 years back] get the usual "chronic diseases" like high blood pressure etc etc
Probably all stemmed from Inadequate Sleep - sleeping less than 4 hours there !!!!

This thread is once again quiet.

Ok, let's tall about my recent adventure at RWS. No lie, I had a super big win of $14k winning and on it's following day became a daredevil, played $1 demon and table game, lost the 14k winning + $6k br, made a total loss of $20k, madness! I think I better stay with slot games given that table games seem to hate me so much!?? 2 games on roulette with the table peppered with all my colour chips and hard to imagine missing any numbers, however for once, the ball just rolled into the number that I betted the least! and on the 2nd game, it dropped into a number that I didn't bet! $5k not even for 3 games but 2 and the worst thing was I looked like an idiot.
I spent the rest of the day playing $1 and 20cts demon slot, lost on slot also "gam guan" because I can feel the excitement and fun, much better than having 5mins on table game and gone 5k.

Went again on monday night MBS...
worst trip ever... nv been so unhappy b4...

Neither...save up the funds and use it for a nice holiday instead.

If must play slots, why not try Genting. No levy, play in ringgit so less damaging for the bankroll? :p
