Noh Alam Shah did it again

Notorious Singaporean footballer, Noh Alam Shah, shocked audiences when he went berserk in an Indonesian Super League match on May 4. The Arema striker had lunged at Persela Lamongan's Yanuar from behind, and was also seen charging at an audience member later.

The match descended into violence and chaos after Alam Shah grabbed FX Yanuar from behind. Yanuar then reacted by elbowing Alam Shah to the ground.

STOMPer halimhamid81 was in disbelief when he watched video footage of the violence displayed by 30-year-old Alam Shah.

Given his talent and reputation, it is a shame for the Singaporean to behave this way, the STOMPer says.

Previously named MVP (most valuable player) at the ASEAN Football Championship in 2007, Noh Alam Shah is widely recognised as one of Southeast Asia's biggest football talents.

At the same time, he is also known for his brash and violent attitude.

He was famously banned by the Football Association of Singapore in 2007 for knocking Tampines Rangers team mate, Daniel Bennett, unconscious by kneeing and kicking him in the head.

Although STOMPer halimhamid81 is a big fan of the footballer, it is disappointing to know that the player has yet to learn his lesson or change his ways.

This being Indonesia I wonder whether he will get bashed up on the streets. Anyway, he is 30 years old, at most can play for 2-3 years more. After that, how? What a waste of talent.

Alam Shah has nothing to fear. He is reported to be on Frank Arnesen's radar. He could very well become Didier Drogba's strike partner in next seasons UEFA Champions League.
