Best job in Singapore - President?

I think best job in Singapore is president. Draws the highest salary among ministars just for holding the 'key' to the country's reserve 'safe'. More like as long PM says must open the 'safe', the president have to comply. Other than that, he has nothing much to do expect welcome visitors and guests to Istana.

Just look at our Prataman.

Hee hee. Maybe. It seems not as stressful or as busy as the ministers' respective roles, the pay is certainly higher, and there is indeed a pretty nice place with a garden to live in with guards, officers, butlers and servants tending to everything including also your needs at all times, but you have to be up-to-date with things that happen around the world and you have to run a good show and there's practically no room for you to goof up when you receive foreign dignitaries, leaders and diplomats in your house as these are considered to be country-to-country affairs.

The President probably has a guidebook for all these already so everything should run pretty much like clockwork.

President guidebook for Singapore? must only be two pages long cause he practically does not do anything useful for the country.

Really? Well the Japanese themselves also believe in not taking "no" for an answer. "No" makes for an unpleasant and uncomfortable conversation.
