SIA trying to improve call centre responsiveness



I REFER to the comments by Mr Law Cher Khiam in his letter on Thursday, 'SIA's 'slow' service'.
We thank him for his feedback and assure him we are doing what we can to improve the responsiveness of our call centre.
Call volumes can be high at various times of the day, and this may impact the timeliness of our call centre team. However, we recognise that more can be done, and we will take appropriate measures to improve the situation.

I used to have endured the long mins to get to the callcentre and thankfully for its online website I dont need to unless some issues with the booking or some changes. One way i used to cut short to this frustrating problem n instead of wasting money calling from handphone n holding on like at least ave 20 mins to 35 mins - i wouldcall SIA KL/malaysia callcentre to make any changes - its so much faster.
