Perth real estate agents are either getting lazy or they have no time to put up UNDER OFFER stickers.
Still no news on my subdivision. I will not be surprised if there is a easement on the front block.
Bro you have to take the queue, DA (development approval) is not easy obtain. Satisfying the town planning guidelines, public consultation.. objection.. to Tribunal for decision.. Once you get your DA "conditional" approval, you have other commitment such as parks and recreation contribution etc - I paid $25k the last time.. next the pulling elec cable, fibre optic cable, water, sewer etc.. upon receiving all of these, you shall proceed to BA (Building approval) thereafter, construction.. then to plan sealing and registering final land title.. finally, to rent or sell.. You are still far from achieving a full completion.. I am in construction stage now.. got stuck for a while.. in Dec 2009 I will know if construction can proceed.. An expert like me got stuck, I guess you will have to wait longer :P unless you engage all the necessary professionals to run the project. Good luck !
