My friend intends to take up a job as a welfare officer (wo) for a welfare home.Conditions of employment :basic $2k fixed with shift work and some salary adjustment after probation.
Is it wise to take up this job offer ?What is the career path of a wo ?

Career path in welfare? is there such thing?

One thing is for sure, money earned as a (wo) is definitely much less than a (wl)!:biggrin:

(wl) as in working lady in the night!
