Very Bad Feng Shui At This Place?

Overheard over lunch today that the whole complex where the Butter Factory is located is very sway because many before Butter Factory have closed their operations there?

I do not club or rather way way too old to club so young clubbers , is this true?

According to Feng Shui this group of diners say it is built right ontop of the DRAGON's head or mouth causing S'pore's Dragon to have a headache or toothache.

Sounds like KA-ching to all the Feng Shui masters! Time to come out and earn some quick bucks!
