I warn Singaporean peasants and opposition members NOT TO FALL FOR IT.

The famiLEE LEEgime knows that they had lost the hearts of Singaporean voters by now, and it will show up on the ballots in the next General Election, and they are trying to preserve themeselves and hold on to power by this change. That is ACTUALLY TO DEPRIVE THE PARLIAMENTARY VOTING POWER representing the people Against the famiLEE LEEgime. They want opposition there in the parliament ONLY FOR VOICE, BUT NOT VOTE!

NCMPs & NMPs CAN NOT CAST PARLIAMENTARY VOTES, only the opposition MPs who won seats like Mr. Low Thia Kiang & Mr. Chiam See Tong can vote when parliament past a law or make any decision by parliamentary vote. NCMP like Miss Silvia Lim can not vote, she can only speak or as questions.

To enable your MP to VOTE for YOU, you will have to vote for him / her first. You must help them to campaign strongly for sufficient vote to win the seats, you must see the famiLEE LEEgime candidate defeated by vote. You have to take out your money to finance the opposition campaigns, you must volunteer to work and assist the campaigns, you must provide resources such as vehicles, equipments, materials, facilities etc to sponsor their campaigns. That is how you ensure that your interest is correctly represented in the parLEEment by some one who VOTE in your interest and not just speak.

To be more responsible and commited, you should join to be a member of opposition.

Don't fall for the trick of famiLEE LEEgime. Speaking in the parliament or asking questions is NOT good enough for you. Your MP must have A SEAT WITH VOTING POWER FOR YOU!

No matter what had been changed, the fouls GRC system is still foul and unchanged. As the famiLEE LEEgime parLEEment convened today, there is a seat of Bukit Batok occupied only by the GHOST of Ong Chit Choong, who also can not vote nor could anyone there vote on his behalf. When this so called amended Parliamentary Election Act is past (rubber-stamped) by famiLEE LEEgime parLEEment, there is still no one there to niether vote for nor against it on behalf of the citizens of Bukit Batok. This is foul, because there is NO BY-ELECTION for GRC under this still foul Parliamentary Election Act. The people of Bukit Batok had been CHEATED of their Rights to be represented in parliament by an MP who can VOTE for them.


If you only want opposition to speak then they need not even to be speaking from the parliament house as an NCMP. What is the use if they can not VOTE in the parliament? famiLEE LEEgime will still just decide and implement whatever they like after a symbolic debate. They still can claim that they are doing so with YOUR MANDATE!

well this is the old chestnut ever since harry came up with this diabolical nmp/ncmp scheme years ago...curiously enough even JBJ capitulated after awhile...why?...perhaps because he saw some value in getting exposure and publicity notwithstanding being in parliament for all intents and purposes at the pleasure of the PAPs...i think it really cuts both ways here...if one can leverage on the NCMP scheme as a platform to build on for future elections than perhaps there is some benefit...to a certain extent there is also an obvious risk to PAPs with the GRC scheme i.e. at one fell swoop PAPs could possibly lose 5-6 seats including a minister...but no doubt you got a point that all this is PAP contrived management to ensure one party parliamentary dominance on an indefinite basis...

Better to abolish the GRC system and go back to the single ward system. PAP fears it can result in a freak election victory for the opposition. The single ward system is an Achilles' heel for the PAP.

Opposition MPs must be able to vote or else they are just eunuchs, and after all is said and done, the PAP will just bulldoze through. Only with the threat of losing power will the PAP start paying attention to dissenting views. Otherwise, just an ill wind -one ear in, one ear out.

I understand that NCMPs and NMPs can vote on most issues except for constitutional, financial and defence. That said, it's true that if you want to be represented by a non-PAP MP, vote for a full-power non-PAP MP to represent you. NCMPs and NMPs have no power of representation.

I actually also wanted to point out one more serious conflict of interest besides the aspect of parliamentary voting of NCMPs.

That is when each opposition was voted into the seat of a full MP, he / she will DEFEAT and KICK OUT one famiLEE LEEgime PAppie. That is to say, 1 more seat gained by opposition means one more seat / parliamentary vote taken out from famiLEE LEEgime's clutch.

This is something very significant.

Each time when peasants voted in one more opposition, not just the opposition gain one more vote in the parliamentary voting, the famiLEE LEEgime on the other hand lost one MP / VOTE.

When peasants voted in one opposition GRC, then we gained several votes and they lose several votes, plus several PAppy MPs plus A MINISTER!

This is something that you absolutely MUST DO, and make sure it happens.

Why count on getting these NCMP seats? How good are these? Forget it! Go for the REAL SEATS!

Kick their fucking butts out of the seats - most significantly!

The famiLEE LEEgime here is now modifying their foul tricks in the electoral system, hoping to prevent their PAppy seats and Ministers from being lost, they hope peasants and opposition will settle for NCMPs & not kick their butts out of their million dollar lucrative seats. We should not settle for this deal.

Please recall that SDP's Mr. Ling How Dong did kicked famiLEE LEEgime's cabinet minister Seet Ai Mei out of her seat in GE(8th Parliament), & on TV she cried like her husband had died or something alike.

When the famiLEE LEEgime recently introduced Lim Hwee Hua as their 1st woman minister, I knew that they had FORGOTTEN ALL ABOUT Seet Ai Mei

This is the other thing that I wanted to say, but was in a hurry when doing last night's posting.
