please dont waste your time to send complain letters to taxi companies if you are not happy with taxi drivers.

This is because taxi companies will not take action as there are many taxi idling in the car workshop without any driver.

if need to, you can just snap picture and video and use your singpass to login to LTA website and file complain.

It should be just "complaints". "Complaint" is a noun, not an adjective.

The sentence should just read "Please don't waste your time sending complaints to taxi companies if you are not happy with their taxi drivers".

FYI LTA website CHARGE YOU 1st before even receiving your complain!

Yes they make you pay a fee, something like $10 or more. Admin fee or something. And make you accept their terms and conditions.

Most likely, there is no outcome to your satisfaction, unless there is overcharging in excess of meters, abuse or assault by drivers.

Other things like longer routes, refuse to accept job, refuse to accept credit cards NETS etc, NOTHING REALLY will happen to drivers. Even those drivers who threw passengers out of their taxi during a dispute, ACTUALLY NOTHING will happen to them, unless they very stupid to tell LTA the wrong stories. 99% of cabbies are very street smart, any way most of them share experiences in fighting back against authorities and nasty passengers. Most of them are smarter than LTA officers.

LTA is charging fees and blocking off petty complains because there can be hundreds per day. THEY CAN NOT HANDLE!

They also have complains against UBER GRAB DRIVERS, BUS DRIVERS, MRTs, LRTs, etc. They had be OVERWHELMED for decades already.

Just follow up with the taxi company vigorously, on a daily basis. My friend, who isn't in the wrong but is quite vindictive, got a driver sacked this way.

Try TransCab if you don't believe.
As far as internal policy goes, Drivers who pays rental are good drivers, regardless of passenger opinions. Strictly so. Passenger died then claim insurance only. The fuck they care.
Only Comfort Delgro will fake a bit of PR with passenger complains. But fake is the word.

As far as taxi companies care, it is good to lose the few percent of complaint king passengers to their own competitions transferring these pest and troubles to competitions, all the better.

Luckily for taxi companies, their worse types of drivers and unwanted passengers had already gone to Uber and Grab. Worst types concentration at those areas. They save themselves from painful burdens by shafting these to the other side.

Typically bankrupted Ang Might Beggars and FT Ah Nehs, bastardized Pinky and SG52 complaint king passengers, also drivers of worst road accident records, never pay rentals, owe long time, damage vehicles badly. All these are the unwanted.

You complicate things. Yes complaint can also be an adjective like the "fruit" in "fruit salad".

However "complaints" does no equal "complaint letters".

I would have just written "There's no point complaining to the taxi companies.....".

Dont even bother. Spend your time doing something more important. Both the authorities and the industry have allowed the industry to deteriorate. I am just surprised that Transcab despite poor driver conduct carried on. At the airport you can see passengers tellling the uncle handling the queue that don't want Transcab. Anyway good to see Uber and Grab giving them a run for their money.
