As it is USA is unprecedentedly divided and hot in turmoil. There is every possible division besides Party Politics, and even within each party they are internally fragmented and conflicting. There is Economic Division, Ethnic and Color Division, Language, Cultural and Religious Division, Abortion / Choice / Life Division, Gay Right / Anti-Gay Division, Pro-War / Pro-Peace Division, Pro-Migrant / Anti-Migrant .... etc.

Even the ethnic color itself there are White / Black / Hispanic / Asian there is non-stop violence and bleeding.

1930年11月30日，蒋介石在顾维钧任外交部长宣誓会上讲演，声称“攘外必先安内”。[5]:2961931年“九一八”事变后，蒋介石对日本帝国主义武装侵略退让，对中国共产党加紧镇压。[6]:472坚持“攘外必先安内”，继续反共内战，对中国共产党领导之革命根据地和中国工农红军，先后五次军事“围剿”。[7]:1587对比著日本武装设备之先进，中华民国国军当时并无单独对日作战之条件。加上各国未纳中国为盟邦，因此面对日本进逼（1931年九一八事变，1932年一二八事变等），国民政府祇能一方面由国际联盟力促各国干预日本之威胁，另一方面尽其所能延后中国全面对日开战之时间表，以争取时间备战。其表现在于尽量疏导国民情绪，在军事上尽量做有限度对抗，以和谈为主轴，以避免日军挑衅期间，军民的伤亡扩大为战端。[8][9]
