Chitchat LHL Is Stressed

LHL is stressed to the point where he "scared" Singaporeans at the 2016 National Day Rally.

The possible reasons why he is so stressed are:
1. He has antagonised China
2. His policies are failing
3. Singapore's infrastructure is collapsing
4. He has antagonised LWL and LHY
5. He faces revolt from his cabinet colleagues
6. He is stressed because he knows that Singaporeans are angry with him
7. His stature in international and regional political groupings is low
8. His health is a problem
9. He lacks the leadership to last for another term
10. He doesnt have the aptitude to be PM

Whatever reason, LHL is stressed.

The best advice for him is, step down and let another person take over as PM. Go smell the roses and enjoy your sunset years. No one appreciates your bad contribution to SG.

True. But cant fully blame LKY for LHL's poor performance and poor leadership. LHL didnt grow up to match the increased responsibility. It is not too late for him to realise that he is not up to the task of being PM and for him to quit now.

Still got time for him to redeem himself. But time is running out.

All these problems are "self inflicted" by LHL. It's the "lesser mortals" who are suffering due to all his blunders. With all his billions he can go enjoy his retirement, an option not open to most "lesser mortals".
