Top runner of the winning team, First Sergeant (1SG) Wong Kum Fatt, said it was the "never say die" spirit that clinched the title for the Commandos.

Today, wong kum fatt is facing jail sentence:
It was Wong Kum Fatt's first day of work on July 7 when he allegedly failed to give way when making a left turn out from Toa Payoh interchange into Lorong 6 Toa Payoh interchange at 6.24am while driving Service No 235.

At least he was very hands-on to his job, unlikes some SAF guy who helmed SMRT and created a mess and killed 2 technicians on its track.

What does " very hands-on to his job" even mean??

He could only become a bus driver after leaving the SAF. If SAF really thought he was that great, they would have offered him a management job in the GLC like our other talented leaders after they retired from the SAF.

where is the source of news? could it be a coincidence in 2 sinkies having the same name. the commandos i knew was never a bus driver. most of them die die also an entrepreneur unless a undercover taxi driver, highly possible.

Of all the so many various countries's FTs/foreign workers working in spore, the Malaysians cause the most damage to singaporean's rice-bowl/livelihood becos malaysians jiu hu kias are found snatching s'poreans's jobs in ALL SECTORS and ALL KINDS OF JOBS in s'pore.

Whereas there are still many many jobs in s'pore where you will never find a Pinoy/PRC/Indian/Vietnamese/Burmese/Ang Moh working in those jobs

Wong Kum Fatt is a very common cantonese name. My search on Face book reveals that there is a captain by the same name, amongst many others.

Please do not spread false information here without proof that its the same guy,
