Rubbish as usual. Maybe they will say Punggol is the jewel of Singapore. lol
Jurong has plenty of heavy industries that cause pollution. It is also inconvenient because it is far from the city. With MRT train breakdowns being so common, it would be risky to work there compared to other more central locations.
Jurong is possibly the worst place to stay after Punggol and Bukit Panjang.
The east is always best since time immemorial.
Even now infested with blackies it still beats the west that has all the toxic pollution from industries.
The west also house many low class chow ah bengs.

Heartlands like bukit panjang and choa chu kang are also shitholes.
jurong is like the ghetto version of high caste shitskin eastcoast.none of the condos and double the stench.
In the next 10 years, Jurong Lake District will become the jewel of the West. With HSR terminus at Jurong East and the white site around it transform itself into the Lakeside Gateway Precinct, together with Jurong Gateway becoming the second CBD, Jurong Lake District will be the next hot property spot.
