A woman in her 40s was found dead at the 4th floor parapet of the RB Capital building in Raffles place today at about 9.20am.
She is believed to have fallen or jumped to her death from the next-door Bank of Singapore building.
Officers from the Singapore Police Force and Civil Defence rushed to incident location, but the woman was pronounced dead at scene.
She was reportedly clothed in a blouse and underwear.
Police have classified the case as an unnatural death and investigations are taking place.

On (Sunday) 7 Aug, the body of an unidentified woman was found Woodlands Water Park. Police also classified the case as an unnatural one.

Are you sure it's a case of just being dressed in blouse and black panties, and not a dress which happened to get lifted as she fell through the air such that when she hit the ground her undies were exposed?
