This is just the tip of the iceberg in showing how many among the power elite made their fortunes with the China opium trade.

Yes, when it is patently clear that not everyone is equal and we are not talking about external things like status and wealth, but about internal things like character, intelligence, ability, motivation, etc.

Why should the unequal be treated equally? Is this fair? Or is it better to treat them equitably in accordance with their behaviour and if one has to be unequal or cruel to achieve equity then so be it?

Example: A smoker goes to hospital with lung cancer. A non-smoker goes to hospital also with lung cancer but caused by second smoke which ironically is more dangerous than first hand smoke. It is unfair to treat both equally. In fact, the smoker should not be entitled to subsidised healthcare for his condition. I will go further and put him at the back of the queue even if he is willing to pay the full price for medical treatment. This kind of analysis though perfectly logical and fair will not fly in the real world because it is politically incorrect and that is why I will pay as little tax as possible.

Treating any kind of comments that touch on race as racist is political correctness. Even though we shouldn't paint all with the same brush, nevertheless we should not ignore the facts. If Ah Nehs are more likely to be smelly, it is not racist to say so, even though particular Ah Nehs may not be. These unfortunate non-smelly Ah Nehs should not shout racist and blame those from other races whose noses are working just fine but their fellow Ah Nehs.

Respect has to be earned not demanded. Free speech must not be impeded. Those who don't like what other people say about their faith should counter attack with evidence that what was said is not true not by simply shouting "oh, you don't respect my religion."

I know that the common people are mostly stupid. When mobile phones came along, they screwed up by talking on the phone in cinemas, churches, whatever and are still doing so. Then came smart phones and now Pokemon Go. So, the streets are now infested with PokeMorons. Every new invention that can be put to good use by smart people can also be abused by stupid people to cause nuisance to everyone else.

How they became that way (nature or nurture) is besides the point. Since I wasn't born into a privileged environment, I tend to believe that they became that way because they weren't properly nurtured.

Communism will not work because most people are selfish. Democracy will not work as long as most people are stupid.

The technology for robotisation is already available. The patricians of Rome had to be nice to the plebians even though they don't deserve it because somebody has to do the dirty work and the tools given to them do that dirty work (war, policing, etc) can be turned against the patricians. With robotisation, this will change. You don't need to suck up to the plebians any more as long as your soldiers and policemen are robots and their software is safe from hackers.

Ideally, we should, after complete robotisation has been achieved, take the good people out of Africa, send all the stupid people of whatever races and religions there and leave them to their own devices. We will need to monitor them and may even need to help them put out fires in their house so that our house will not catch fire. Temporarily, we are still one planet and if they screw up big time, then we all die together. When mass space travel is viable, we find a suitable planet and send all these stupid people there and reclaim Africa. They blow up that planet - well, that's their problem.
