Good, Good. Singapore will become a more holistic and a peaceful place to call home again. People will start making more babies under a calm society, with less craving for materialism and lesser foreigners in our populations.

The above is a good sign indeed.

All these food and retail stores may come and go but what remains the same are the reits and rental sectors,luckily I have five or six solid reits yielding average of 7 percent roi in my portfolio.

I have a couple of REITs too. But I am now considering letting the industrial REITs go. There seems to be an oversupply of warehouses and flatted factories.
