When it comes to conspiracies, the more people involved, the harder it will be to cover up. I doubt Edrogan had the means to silence hundreds of conspirators.

Currently, Turkey is destabilised.
If it is a conspiracy, those who have an interest in destabilising Turkey are the likely masterminds, sponsors or instigators.
PRC? Tit for tat for the "interference" in China: Too far-fetched. Is CCP really that petty?
USA? Increase tensions and because of the nukes, Obama declares emergency and seizes power as President for life or as a puppet President for life!
EU? Make Turkey look silly so that can reject Turkey from EU: To solve the refugee problem by closing the border without losing their high moral standing.
KSA? Support the anti-Kurdish elements to destabilise northern Iraq oil-producing region (under another Kurdish group's control). To cut the oil production. Is KSA, their spooks & oil money really that powerful?
RF? Georgia than Ukraine. Distract NATO by creating dissent among NATO members. Pull Turkey towards RF? Restrict gas supply to EU by further burying the Qatar-Turkey gas pipeline deal to Europe by first Syria, then Turkey.
