This Caucasian is probably a Singapore citizen now, didn't our PM say that Singaporeans commit more crimes ?
If he isn't then offer him citizenship, that would save the government the embarrassment of letting foreign crooks into the country. After all the PM admires bravado. I heard him praise a persistent illegal immigrant from China who returned time and again to start foodstalls. And, probably nobody remembers this, but he publicly extolled the chutzpah of a Hongkie woman he witnessed prodding her son to cut a queue.
