80 times stronger than morphine and 40 times stronger than high-grade heroine is the rage these days among teens. the so called facebook pill is taking high school kids in canada and the u.s. by storm. while law enforcement are busy looking for old school cocaine and heroine stashes among traffickers and addicts, this synthetic drug plus countless others such as stepping stone narcotics like meth and derivatives that are illegally made in china are finding their way into young adults' backpacks and purses. and the dea can do little to nothing about it as federal agencies struggle to contain the chaos. much of the drugs are shipped legitimately in small packs via dhl, ups, and fedex from online orders and delivered to home addresses the next day, easily bypassing the dea and customs radar at ports of entry. meanwhile, hundreds of thousands of inmates are serving life for old school drugs based on three strikes law (3 times caught with old school drugs and person goes to jail for life - no death penalty) while kids, adults, celebs and party goers die by the thousands each month from new designer but made in china "pain killers".

is the sinkie cnb caught off guard too?

another made in china drug, alpha-pvp or flakka, that is killing americans.

www.nytimes.com/2015/06/22/world/as...-sold-online-in-an-unbridled-market.html?_r=0

Ordering illegal drugs from China is as easy as typing on a keyboard.

On guidechem.com, more than 150 Chinese companies sell alpha-PVP, also known as flakka, a dangerous stimulant that is illegal in the United States but not in China, and was blamed for 18 recent deaths in one Florida county.

The e-commerce portal Qinjiayuan sells air-conditioners, trampolines and a banned hallucinogen known as spice, which set off a devastating spike in United States emergency room visits in April.

The stimulant mephedrone, sometimes sold as “bath salts,” is banned in China but readily for sale at the Nanjing Takanobu Chemical Company for about $1,400 a pound.

“I can handle this for you legally or illegally,” a company salesman said by phone when asked about shipping the product overseas from the company’s headquarters in coastal Jiangsu Province. “How much do you want?”

In a country that has perfected the art of Internet censorship, the open online drug market is just the most blatant example of what international law enforcement officials say is China’s reluctance to take action as it has emerged as a major player in the global supply chain for synthetic drugs.

There have been many reports of accidental overdoses from Fentanyl by drug abusers. Fentanyl is prescribed in micrograms. It is not prescribed by doctors in pill form.

Overdose deaths have become a bit of an epidemic really.

Personally I think it is good that we have this drug out there and law enforcement should do absolutely nothing about Fentanyl.

Fentanyl reinforces the fact that abusing drugs is dangerous. So dangerous it can kill you (in the case of Fentanyl). It should make people think twice before taking "recreational drugs".

Be careful. Take drugs.....it could kill you (literally). That way more people would be scared off drugs. Those who don't and die from overdose. Well it will solve the problem out by itself.

agree that it should be based on the law of the jungle - the stupid, stubborn, weak-minded and ignorant die off for not being vigilant about the perils of living in a modern society. unfortunately, it's killing off many beautiful white kids, including chicks. wish more mexicans and kids from illegal immigrants will take a liking to them. it's one quick way to solve the illegal immigration problem.

China-made ‘$5 insanity’ drug goes global

On the street, the drug is called “$5 insanity” because of its quick, cheap hit. Alternatively known as Flakka, it is at the forefront of a surge in use of Asian-made synthetic drugs in western nations.

The drug, created in illegal laboratories in China and responsible for a spate of US deaths, is a prodigious money-spinner, generating a 32-fold return to traffickers with profits spread from Asia to Middle Eastern countries including Syria, Lebanon and Yemen.

Despite a formal ban imposed by China in October following pressure from western nations, the drug continues to flourish — last month prompting a grand jury in Florida to call for a special law to fight the scourge and attracting several far-reaching American investigations.

“New psychoactive substances are a wild phenomenon right now,” said Tun Nay Soe, an expert with the UN Office on Drugs and Crime, referring to a category of synthetic drugs, including Flakka, that are constantly modified to evade legislation.

Also known as designer drugs or legal highs, such drugs have boomed in recent years, up from 126 in 2009 to more than 500 last year.

Florida, particularly hard hit, reported just one Flakka case in 2011. Last year a single county in the state reported nearly 2,000.

A grand jury in the US state late last month recommended a new law and more resources to fight the problem. It estimated Flakka profits at “roughly $48,000 per kilo from a $1,500 investment”.

Technically referred to as Alpha-PVP, Flakka is created from a synthesised version of qat, a plant native to the Middle East that has been used as a stimulant for thousands of years.

Like other synthetic drugs, Flakka is easily available. It can be bought online from manufacturers in China — where the narcotic remained legal until October last year — and shipped anywhere in the world.

The country’s decision to outlaw Flakka among 115 other substances followed prolonged pressure from a group of impacted western nations, according to people close to the situation.

But western law enforcement sources are sceptical that the ban will succeed in stemming the flow.

“I mean, cocaine is illegal in Colombia. Has it become less available? No. I think it is naive to say that,” said one enforcement agent.

“However, what is promising is this will allow us to engage and work jointly with the Chinese at the source of the synthetics, while we try to work on the distribution networks at home.”

The ban coincided with the culmination of Project Synergy III, a far-reaching US federal investigation that resulted in 151 arrests and the seizure of $15m and thousands of kilogrammes of synthetic drugs produced in what authorities termed “rogue Chinese labs”.

The operation also uncovered the flow of millions of dollars of drug money to “countries of concern in the Middle East”, according to the US Drug Enforcement Agency.

Flakka is not the only China-made drug to proliferate worldwide — the country has been pinpointed as big supplier of methamphetamine and its precursor chemicals to countries around Asia. On Friday, Australian authorities announced a seizure of 500kg of meth and ephedrine that had arrived in shipping containers whose origin was Chinese.

So nigger eat shit is going to blame China instead of those americunts for buying those drugs?

$5 designer drugs will easily get entire teen populations hooked. it's the dumping of affordable illegal drugs by tiongs that leads to an epidemic of white trash deaths in the heartland. used to be only hollywood type richies who can afford $69 per fingertip satchel per day. china is obviously thriving with the production and trade and not doing anything to stop it.
