If we dont pay medisave, due to no money or refuse kena how long jail sentence, best, its not even that we own em the money. For 17mil many Sinkies willing to sit for free food and lodging for 4 yrs, just take as NS and an additional 2 yrs.

In this case, the loss had already been incurred thru poor contract writing and documentation. They can only bankrupt the other party which they did to the principal. This stupid guy did the forgery to delay the bankruptcy and liquidation of the company. If he did nothing but told the Govt that there is no money left, he would not be charged or go to jail.

He must have had paid a lot of fine, no?

The verdict of this case worries me. It sends a message that cheats can keep their stolen loot, not make any restitution and only spend a short amount of time in prison. It is as though crime is being rewarded.
