Driving too slowly on a lane meant for faster traffic is road hogging. Making sudden unnecessary stops is dangerous driving. Both are offences.

He is responding to the signs on the road instructing him to go SLOW. Besides, judging by the number of lamp posts he passed by per second of the footage, he's well within range of the intended speed limit of 70km/h. The other guys over taking him should be booked for speeding instead.

Regardless of the speed he is traveling, the right most lane is for overtaking only not for cruising.

Cruising in the right lane and thus forcing other users to overtake on the left is the very definition of road hogging.

2)during downslope/ramp

This scumbag driver of Camry SKA1713J is clearly aware the traffic laws are not meant to be punitive, but made of jelly. He knew there are traffic cameras everywhere in sinapo and yet he dared to try to use his Camry as murder weapon to kill the motorcyclist and pillion rider in broad day light on the road.

The Camry driver is either just out of IMH or he is super elite, one above the law and untouchable. Pappies should charge this scumbag for attempted murder of the motorcyclist and the pillion rider or else where is justice in sinapo?

Soon, drivers of automobiles on 4 wheels will surely use their vehicles as weapons to kill motor cyclists/pillion riders on the road under the guise of traffic accidents. The scumbag was not road hogging but deliberately driving slowly on the right lane to intimidate and bully motorists behind him who dared to honk him to speed up. Whoever dared to honk him would be intimidated or challenged to a fight.

It looks like you had to overtake him on the left and ignore him or honk him and whack him in road rage scenario.

The Camry driver is one super elite in sinapo; if he is related to someone atas in pappies, he feels the roads in sinapo belongs to him and he can drive anyway he pleases, even to the extent of trying to murder other road users with his Camry. Cane him and jail him. It will be good to cure him of his addiction to bully and intimidate other road users.

In hindsight, how many other other road users had already been intimidated and bullied by his Camry driver in the past years and no report was made?

when it says "slow" on the fast lane, it doesn't mean the driver treats it as a slow lane. the sign is telling overtaking drivers to not over-speed as speeding is necessary to overtake a vehicle in the slower or middle lane. what they should have done is remove the "slow" sign and replace it with "no hogging".
