The Muslims are terrorist and we are surrounded by them.
such exercises almost always score full marks or distinction grade. but when the real one comes, sure F grade. LI is one example. policemen of all ranks, including scholars, are all trained to follow SOP and not react to changing or new scenarios. trust me on this.
These are staged-managed for public consumption. When real terrorists strike at us; these same "heroes" will pee in their pants & many lives would still be lost. Human bombers dont want to live anymore & they are usually quite effective. But still having some wayang practice is still better than not doing anything.
