3. the closest family of HSK (wife and children and may be his parents and siblings) can visit HSK.

If you ask me I would say there is a virtual news blackout about HSK's condition. Since day one, all we were told is that he has been successfully operated on & his condition is stable. All I know is that he has been in ICU all this while. Nothing new by the state-controlled media.
