　　第十届中国国际国防电子展上汇集了国内最先进的雷达产品，其中中国电子集团旗下的一款JL3D-91B米波反隐身雷达号称能够探测四代隐身战机，引起了外国观众的极大关注。

　　5月11日至13日在北京举行的第十届中国国际国防电子展览会上，中国电子信息产业集团公开的JL3D-91B反隐形雷达吸引了诸多西方观众的目光。据介绍，近年来中国在反隐形雷达领域不断取得突破，已经处于全球领先地位。

　　现场资料显示，JL3D-91B米波三坐标雷达“用于探测四代战机和常规飞行目标的方位、距离、高度等信息，具备良好的探测隐形飞机和抗反辐射导弹攻击能力，可独立担负指定战区中高空、中远程对空指挥引导雷达情报保障，远程引导监视任务”。据介绍，隐形飞机的出现，让防空系统中的主流雷达几乎完全失去用武之地。米波雷达从原理上就对各国现役隐形技术具备“免疫”能力，一度被捧为“天生的反隐形雷达”，但它同时也存在探测精度低（特别是不能准确测高）、低角盲区大、阵地适应性差等重大缺点。传统观念认为它无法承担骨干雷达的重任而面临淘汰，但中国却因切实的隐形战机威胁而不断在此方面深入研究。近年来中国在各种军工展会上推出性能不断提升的多种米波雷达，这次展出的JL3D-91B米波雷达具备独立指挥作战能力，并可准确标注目标的“方位、距离、高度”三大坐标，显示中国科研人员已经克服了传统米波雷达的局限。

　　中国国防电子工业另一大巨头——中国电子科技集团的成就，也佐证了中国在米波雷达领域取得突破。官媒4月介绍该集团首席科学家吴剑旗的事迹时，就提到他“研制出利用全新体制的世界上首个反隐形先进米波雷达”。据介绍，同期法国也曾试图研制类似的RIAS米波反隐形雷达，但“却没有等到结果”。

中国是世界第一家展销这类型雷达的国家。所以当然全部就是原厂独家。别人如果学着抄袭才是山寨版。

目前世界只有中国与俄罗斯才拥有此科技。俄罗斯目前只是給自己军队使用，不卖。只有中国才刚刚开始独家出口。

所以非常好卖。太多国家被美国盟国的所谓<隐形战机>威胁。必需要购买这样的雷达击落这些飞机的威胁。价钱一定好。

现在独家市场不只是价钱最好，而且很讲究关系和友谊。关系如果恶劣，根本就没任何商量的余地。出100倍价钱也是一样铁定不会卖给你的。

So called stealth warplanes are easier targets for anti-aircraft missiles, once there is a suitable radar to track these targets and command all the missiles accordingly. The reason is very stupid. So called stealth design by USA actually compromised every basic aircraft performance specifications, in aim an in order to achieve so called steath properties. E. g. Max Speed, Max Range, Max Altitude, Max Payload, Maneuvering Capabilities... every one of these vital figures spells the aircrafts' abilities to flee from in-coming missiles to survive. Each and every one of these vital performance figures of so called stealth warplanes are INFERIOR in comparisons against USA's own non-stealth variance.

E. g. Compare F-35 against F-16 & F-22 vs F-15, B-1B vs F-111, all the basic vital figures are inferior! Hence much easier to be Shotdown by anti-aircraft missiles, in fact they can be shotdown by cheaper older missiles than the previous non-stealth warplanes.

USA made big foolish strayegic mistakes with so called STEALTH idea. Fucked themselves BIG time.

The rather than stupid steath idea, which is in Chinese Idom 掩耳盗铃， it is rather more desirable to have aircraft built more rock solid e. g. Russian warplanes and military helicopters, can best survive from a missile hit, and fly back to base land in safety.

It's highest joy and delightful victory to shoot down such World's Most EXPENSIVE and USELESS so called stealth junk warplanes of USA. Because of it's price tag and total cost of development being historical extreme, Enemies can only afford much much smaller fleet, thus Shotdown @1 is equivalence of shooting down 5~6 warplanes, in terms of inflicting economical losses on enemies, as well as cutting down threats from enemies or destruction of their combat strengths / resources.

It is considered as shot @one got extra 5 FOC! And you saved the cost of 5 other missiles!

For the same enemies' GDP and Defense Budget for warplanes, they only got just about 15%~20% of total number if warplanes became so called Stealth. They committed the BIG mistake to rely on tge wrong and ineffective idea, and wrongly presumed their expensive junks to be able to enjoy advantage of INVISIBLE CLOAK.

However, it turned out to be THE EMPEROR'S INVISIBLE NEW CLOTHES, exposing their own fucking butt NAKED!

So e. g. Instead of 1000 warplanes budget there is only 200 left instead. Instead of being stealth they are now becoming visible under the new radar technologies.

Instead of necessity to shoot down 1000 now just only needed to shoot down 200 to wipe out your Air Force! And you will be too fucking bankrupt to buy any replacement!

This is yet another stupid expensive and useless Stealth junk and it costs exceeding US$4.4 billions. It's detectable by Both Radar and Satellites using Thermal Optics, it is so huge and slow, detection and tracking is too easy.

PRC have very clear satellite vision of any such warships in Pacific 24HR non-stop from geosynchronous [no globe scanning movement at all] satellites. There is increasingly clearer vision of these satellites by each newly launched versions.

Entire Pacific FULLY instead of partly is viewed at all time, at 1 meter resolution in several different frequency spectrums, in a tremendously enormous picture frame, and computed by specialized hardware, to highlight different interested information. 15K tons 200m warship can Never escape detection!

The threat value of this junk is not high enough I think to justfy sinking it with DF series carrier killer missiles. It's likely just to have nearby Chinese and Russian ships taken note of it's position and if necessary sink it with cheaper smaller missiles or torpedoes.

Although it Threat Values is not very high, it price tag is US$4.4B which means sinking it @one ship is equivalent to sinking 10 non-stealth warships of similar threat values.

That means one cheap missile or torpedoe can cause USA financial losses equal to 10 warships of similar purposes. And you do not need to lauch missile or torpedoes 10 times but just only once instead!

Financial advantage factor between $50K missile / torpedoe sinking $4.4B ship is 88000X! Huat or Not?

As it is the game is such that 4th Gen war planes can be countered by anti-4G radar.

It seems to be that USA is suffering disadvantages, because it does not have any anti-4G radar, while it's main rivals already have. This means it's 4G planes can be shotdown by rivals like sitting ducks, as well as it can not do the same to rivals' 4G war planes.

All major powers are into getting their 4G planes as well as anti-4G radars. Lacking any or both means very significant disadvanged.

我看嘛，习近平不是真的要做生意卖雷达，他是在{借刀杀人}玩阴的。他要美国知道中国雷达的厉害，给美国吃亏吃苦头。但是他不想自己出手，以免中美直接冲突。所以，就摆摊子出来卖雷达。就是要{卖刀杀人}，让别人拿中国的雷达去击落美国的飞机。这样以后嘛，美国人吃大亏被教训了以后，就不敢去中国的地盘撒野了。对吧？

最好推销给马来西亚，部署靠近新加坡。习近平早已经两年前卖几种防空飞弹给娜鸡首相，就是要牵制美军在新加坡的空军基地运作嘛。对着新加坡基地的f-35开刀，给它变成mh-17 mh-370，失踪一辈子。这样最好玩儿啦！
