The problem is too many indian chiefs wanting their own territory. Kenneth Jeyaretnam, Goh Meng Seng, Tan Jee Say, Desmond Lim, and Lina Chiam do not want to be second in command. Most they will concede to is coming together under a common alliance to avoid 3 cornered fights and possibly share candidates. Even that is problematic when egos start clashing, as past events have shown.

God help us if any of the above clowns are elected into parliament!

Chiam and his wife should have folded up and move on. I can't stand the sight of Lina Chiam trying to get the limelight by always standing beside her frail and obsolete Chiam See Tong.
This couple are the best projection of today's state opposition party.
Frail and incompetent.

I tend to agree with you - she certainly is not a "political leader" or any sort of leader to speak of. Led others with capabilities take over and support if need be.

I also agree with :

Sad case of affairs - Workers Party (Low and Sylvia) were too "soft" and worried of being driven down by LKY. But, now that he had passed on, promote other young ones to take greater lead and be more aggressive.

SDP - Chee should also let others to take over if he really care for our country as he himself cannot win over the voters. His "past" which he himself constituted (regardless of PAP) cannot be forgotten.
