the by-erection in sg is so boringly insignificant on the world stage that it's a joke to compare it to the upcumming presidential contest between trump and hillary. for primaries in 50 states and a few offshore territories it requires close to a year to campaign, and after the primaries, there's the possibility of a contested convention. after nomination, there's 6 months of campaigning to go in all 50 states before the november erection. sinkies can go jump at bedok reservoir for trying to up the ante and compare the two. joke of the week, and it hardly eeks out a smirk let alone a laugh.
