Highest paid politicians in the world who flood the place with foreigners-what are they and their beloved foreign talents doing that shows they can do better ?-more train breakdowns/deaths, SGH- hepatitis death, dengue epidemic /deaths ect2

Pay more does not mean better, but it is supposed to prevent corruption, according to the knowitall.
