Biggest Motor Insurance Scammers in SG !!! Ex-Cop Terence Leong & Randy Wong !!!
If you wonder why your annual motor insurance is always skyrocketing with no chance of coming down to a reasonable level, then you have to take note of two of the largest motor insurance fraud scammers in SG !!!!
One of them is a workshop owner named Randy Wong, and the other is an ex-cop Terence Leong, who's also a director of Spectrum Marine Resources Pte Ltd.
Subject Terence Leong used to make fraudulent motor insurance claims against insurance companies, and managed to made tons of $$$$$$$$ thru such " Modus Operandi " !!!
Most of the time, they will always claimed to be victims of whiplash injuries.
Greed got the better of him, and he hooked up with a friend who owned a motor workshop Randy Leong, who both conspired to cheat insurance companies by staging accidents and making fraudulent claims which thru our own intel netted a cool 7 figures in total !!!!!
After a short sting in the " trade ", they decided to closed the workshop as they feared being caught by authorities.
We have accumulated enough evidence over a period of time, and certainly sure they will be put away for a long long time for such motor insurance fraud.

This is the story...
These crooks by the name Louis Lin, ex-cop Terence Leong, and Brian were employed as inspectors in the bunkering trade.
They were living the high life on the side, as they were receiving bribes to the tune of 6 figures on average per person, before they were caught in a sting operation set up by the authorities.
Louis Lin approached his uncle Allan Lai Chong Meng about his problem, and he got a friend who's in the legal circle to settle the matter for his nephew and the above mentioned.
They were all supposedly to be charged in court, as the bribes paid to them was on the astronomical side. But lo and behold, the charges were dropped, and they managed to even keep all the loot taken as bribes !!!!!!
So we have a classic case of IO or DPP, or a combo of both, helping criminals going scott-free for their crimes ! Whereby others of lesser privilege gets charged and goes to jail !!!
Is this fair ?
And we have a very glaring case of " Perverting The Course Of Justice " just because someone managed to bribe IO or DPP to get crooks like the above off the hook !
Time for the authorities to " Clean House " and take action ASAP !!!!!

My Nephew is a bunker clerk.
Declared salary is $1200 per month but under table monies at least 30k per month.
Good living for someone who only got N levels and no special skills.
Pap is reluctant to go after this industry....probably because sg is world's number 1 bunkering port.

Ex-Cop Summer Chew claimed to be a director of Winter International Group Pte Ltd. But after some checks, he's not one at all. Most probably a "kopikia" there serving the real directors of his employer.
He has been asking clients of his employer to make payment of goods and services provided by his employer to his own private bank account, instead of his employer's corporate account !
As a private limited entity, he is supposed to be aware that what he is asking or requesting is wrong and illegal, as it goes against ROC laws !
And being an ex-cop, he knew the law and broke the law !
No wonder he is able to live the high life, driving an Audi A6 ( SKE 7839 U ), wear a 6 figure solid gold watch as a "daily banger", have a watch collection in the 7 figure range !!!
I don't think directors of his company is able to splurge like a duke like him !!!!!
